Think I got food poisoning from the pizza I usually get at a place near my work. Woke up the next morning and basically immediately dumped it all into the toilet. Went and took a nap after and vomited again 15 mins before leaving for work. I would have called out but I had already called out once the week before. So I went anyway, I lasted a little over two hours. After being afraid to go more than 20 feet from the desk and being nauseous the entire time, I took a Pepto to try and calm it down, it had the opposite effect. This was all happening just as a customer was walking up to ask me a question. I ended up vomiting a ton into the trash can right as they were talking to me. it was so weird, i saw him approaching and internally I was like “no no no not now n ono no”. Radioed the manager to ask to leave and cleaned out the can after that and went home.
