well… it’s February. I never got around to writing my end of 2024 post but here we are I guess! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
ahh ahh where to begin, well the new year ended pretty inconsequentially, I really don’t even remember NYE lol, the gym is a lot more packed these days due to new years resolutions which is sorta annoying, but I’ve also kinda stopped going. I went with my sister a few times and now I realize that going alone is actually super lonely, and it makes me sad. Im pretty bad at making friends so I’m not sure how ill remedy that, I’ve gone with my dad a few times but I kinda feel bad dragging him along. Funny enough me stopping going has also coincided with my college semester totally collapsing! As it stands I’m failing every class and odds are I’m about to get destroyed on my precalc midterm tmr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Im not even sure why I allow myself to get into these sort of situations, the material isn’t hard but I just cant being myself t study for anything, and now I’m gonna pay the price for it. Hopefully I can swing a 30-50% based off the little I do know, a sizable amount of it is just review stuff from last semester after all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Same story with my second attempt at public speaking, I totally botched my first speech and I think it might as well skip it at this point. The only redeeming factor here is that I can pass without it, unlike last term. I hate talking about myself. Writing isn’t going much better. Teacher doesn’t accept late work period and its one of those hella woke classes. Good thing I signed that DEP contract I guess, I was hedging my decision on my success this term but that is already pretty clear.
